Peter Karlheinz Kett
Dr. Peter Karlheinz Kett studied physics at Heidelberg University and earned his doctorate in the field of applied optics with the dissertation “Methoden der Bildverarbeitung für die automatische Segmentierung und Strukturanalyse von dreidimensionalen Bildern eines konfokalen Laserscanning Mikroskopes.” During his active career as a senior project manager at renowned German companies, Dr. Kett gained first-hand experience of the mechanisms of a crisis from different perspectives in several major projects in the areas of software development, system integration, and plant automation. In addition to his work as a project and crisis manager, Dr. Kett was active for over 15 years as an assessor for Senior Project Managers.
Dr. Kett advises companies both in the preparatory phase and during the execution of complex projects.
